Snow advisory being considered

The NWS Nashville just released a statement saying that they will likely issue a winter weather advisory for the plateau for Tuesday night for up to one inch of snow. Winter storm watches have been issued for the mountains for 3-6 inches of snow.

All of southeast Kentucky is now under a winter weather advisory for Tuesday night for 1-3 inches of snow.

We currently have a tornado watch to our west that is in effect until 11:00 p.m., though it will likely be allowed to expire much earlier than that.

Severe t-storms and snow…all within 24 hours? Why not? It is March, after all! ha
