All tornado watches have been dropped in TN, except for those along the TN/AL border. Storms in Tennessee continue to struggle and it’s hard to even find a lightning strike. The radar continues to look very unimpressive (see below).
The SPC trimmed away the enhanced risk area and it now only includes areas of southern Middle TN. The rest of us remain in the slight risk, though I haven’t seen a warning in TN in quite some time now.
Oddly, we have severe weather to our north, across northern Kentucky and Ohio, and we have severe weather to our south in Alabama. Once again we find ourselves safely in the middle (ha).
Still, until this line clears out we can’t completely let our guard down, but you have my permission to take a big sigh of relief.
I’ll keeping watching things!
