The latest update on Dorian from the National Hurricane Center states that the hurricane is stronger, now with winds of 150 mph, but the track continues to shift eastward. Now, it appears Florida may just get a glancing blow. Even the Carolinas may now be spared the brunt of the storm, though that part remains quiet unclear. The right side of the storm is the most severe side and keeping that part of the storm offshore is very important.
It now appears that Dorian will probably become a cat 5 hurricane, at least for a short time.
Keep in mind that we will not be affected by Dorian here on the plateau. In fact, no one in Tennessee will be affected.
He certainly looks impressive on satellite!
I’ll keep you posted on the latest developments.
