Cold front has passed through Nashville

The cold front has moved through Music City and is headed east. Temps are falling through the 40s now and will soon be in the 30s there.

The rain/snow line is moving eastward, too. As you can see on radar, the wintry precip falls rather heavily when that changeover takes place.

And this snow picture was taken in Fulton, Kentucky (southwestern Kentucky) by Marcia Cox. I wouldn’t be surprised to see similar scenes around the plateau by morning. Keep in mind that a winter weather advisory begins at midnight.

I’m staying up till I see snowflakes! I’ll let you know when I do! 🙂
