5:45 p.m. Wed Snow Update

We have some decent bands of snow moving toward the plateau right now. As temps continue to fall, more and more of this snow will begin to accumulate. I’m currently at 28 degrees in northern Cumberland County. Winds are also picking up and that is really adding a bite to the air.

You all be safe if  you must travel tonight. We continue to not be under any official winter weather advisories, but I would act as though we were. Sometimes we don’t get those issued until things are already getting slick.

I’ll keep an eye on things!

  1. Teachers be like, “Need a snow day, tomorrow, Mark!”

    1. Listen, when I ran for county commissioner I said I would always do whatever I could to help the teachers out. That includes getting you all some snow days. LOL
