Well, the severe t-storm watch was allowed to expire at 8:00 and there are no active warnings across Middle TN. Furthermore, the Storm Prediction Center does not anticipate issuing any more watches tonight.
Short-term models (HRRR) continue to show some showers and t-storms possibly firing off into the night across Middle TN. Those should stay below severe levels and be very widely scattered.
The HRRR model also shows yet another complex of storms developing in Missouri by noon tomorrow. We’ll track that rascal as it moves our way for tomorrow evening. I’ll have more on that in tomorrow morning’s blog update. Hopefully those storms will be good to us.

By the way, temps are trending cooler and cooler for the end of this coming week. Blackberry winter is sure to be frosty by Friday night and especially Saturday night. Brrrr
