It was a wild weather day in Denver on this day in 1984. Severe thunderstorms produced hail that was so large it went through the metal roofs of cars! Snow plows had to be called out to clear accumulated hail from the roads. Up to five inches of rain also fell, leaving up to six feet of water standing across some parts of the city.
