Tropical Storm Dolly forms

The National Hurricane Center has just named our fourth storm of the season, Dolly. The storm is packing winds of 45 mph and will continue moving out to sea. The storm is no threat to the US mainland. The storm is expected to weaken within the next 12 hours.

This is the only area of concern at this time.
