Severe T-Storm Warning Info (10:00 pm)

The storm that the NWS just issued a warning for is showing hail and very heavy rainfall. There could also be some very gusty winds. Get in your safe place. We should always treat severe thunderstorm warnings seriously.

This storm is in the southwest part of the county and moving northeast toward Crossville and Fairfield.

I highlighted Cumberland County in the radar below. At this time, I don’t see any sign of rotation that would be a tornado, though that can change. The storm does have a broad rotation but that’s to be expected in this environment. We are currently under no watches, just this severe thunderstorm warning. Again, go to that safe place and stay put for about the next 30 minutes.
