Storms continue to show a gradual weakening trend, as they have over the past half hour. That is great news for all of us! All warnings have been allowed to expire and they have not been reissued (I’ve been waiting to see if they would be). The strongest cells appear to have moved east and are now clear of our Cumberland County/Fentress County area.
Expect gusty winds, heavy rainfall, and more cloud-to-ground lightning, but the severe threat has passed for now.
