The cold front is sparking some thunderstorms out in West TN, as you can see on radar below. Those are not severe and they are not expected to strengthen as they move east with the front. In fact, with the loss of daytime heating (what little there was) the atmosphere is stabilizing. That means storms will gradually weaken as they move our way overnight.
