The line of storms is indeed weakening as it makes its way toward the plateau. Look for a band of showers and gusty winds to cross the plateau over the next couple of hours. Severe weather is not expected. The severe t-storm warning for Putnam County has been cancelled, since storms have weakened below severe limits.
