Almanac for Yesterday
On This Day in Wx History
1956- The low temperature of 33 degrees sets a new mark for September at Crossville.
Yesterday’s National Temperature Extremes
High: 109° at Rio Grande Village, Texas
Low: 18° at Vernal, Utah & Bodie State Park, California
The tropics remain very active! Thankfully, both Peter and Rose will spin out to sea and away from the US. The orange-shaded region is the remnants of Odette trying to re-organize. That should also stay at sea. The red-shaded area will need to be watched, but we have plenty of time to do just that!
