Heavy rain is moving through the western half of Cumberland county right now. Everything is still below severe limits. If you’re not already off the roads and safely home, do so now. You sure don’t want to be driving in this heavy rain and gusty winds. The heaviest rain is approaching Highway 127 North. Those of you in Fentress county are looking good.
