The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for the rest of the day. Winds are already terrible but they could gust even higher the rest of the day.
The good news is that the front has crossed the plateau and that should end our storm chances for the day. Big storms have been firing off near Knoxville along that front, but those will continue pushing eastward.
