MM’s Friday Wx Update

Headline

Unseasonably cold weather continues through Sunday

Look for me at Pleasant Hill Elementary’s Fall festival this evening from 5:00-7:30. It’s free, though there will be a silent auction for food, etc. (cash or check). They’ll have good, games, and tons of fun!

This Week’s Hazards

Cold days continue. Any wind over the next three days will make temps feel much colder.

Five-Day Outlook

Five-Day Weather Forecast

Friday: Mostly sunny. Continued cold. Windy, with west winds 10-15 mph, gusting to 20 mph.

Saturday: Mostly sunny and cold. Breezy, with a west wind at 10-15 mph.

Sunday: Mostly sunny and even colder.

Monday: Sunny and much warmer!

Tuesday: Partly cloudy. Mild.

Forecast Discussion

Unseasonably cold temps continue for the next few days. Breezy and windy conditions will make temps feel even colder. Saturday night will likely be the coldest night that we’ve seen this season, as temps drop into the mid teens for many of us.

A warming trend begins Monday! Dry weather continues, as well, so drought condtions will continue.

At this time, there is no measureable rainfall in sight for this forecast period. Some models bring in showers for Thanksgiving, while others keep us dry for the next 10 days.
