This forecast is tailor-made for the Cumberland Plateau by Meteorologist Mark Baldwin each day!
Sunny days continue for two more days….
Humidity levels begins to slowly increase on Friday, putting an end to the crisp, cool nights we’ve been enjoying. But it still won’t be too bad outside. It won’t feel muggy outside until Sunday.
With that warm and muggy weather comes increasing rain chances. For Sunday, those chances are low. By Monday and Tuesday those rain chances become very elevated. Scattered/numerous showers and storms are expected.

We’ve seen some improvement, but drought conditions remain firmly in place. In fact, most of the plateau would need nearly 20 inches of rain over the next two months in order to be “normal” on rainfall again.
