The storm appearst to be weakening but remains a warning until 5:15. You folks on the Putnam/Cumberland border where I-40 crosses are the only folks who need to be taking cover. Also, anyone east of Monterey in Putnam County. I think this warning will be allowed to expire at 5:15 without a northward extension of the warning.
