The NWS Nashville has issued a freezing fog advisory for the Cumberland Plateau until 8:00 a.m. Thursday morning. Areas of dense fog are developing across the region. As temps continue to fall into the upper 20s, fog could begin to freeze on elevated surfaces, such as bridges and overpasses. Please be careful if out and about on area roads tonight and in the morning as there could be slick spots on bridges and overpasses.
Fog could reduce visibility to near zero at times, so be aware of that hazard, as well.
