Rain to help with the drought!

We’ll see a wet and windy Sunday. Rainfall totals across the plateau from this event should be about an inch of rain, give or take a few tenths. Winds will be gusty at times, as well. A wet and windy Sunday, indeed!

But, alas, drier weather returns just in time for the new workweek. The sun will share the sky with clouds this week but I think we’ll see good amounts of both.

A weak system will bring the chance for showers Wednesday night (late) and perhaps into Thursday. That system does not look impressive at all at this time. A more unsettled pattern is likely to evolve by Friday and into the weekend.
