The main line of storms is passing over the Plateau at this very hour. It should be completely off the Plateau by 2:30. I’d give it at least another hour to completely stop raining, though. Here’s a glance at the radar at 1:35pm. Storms are moving southeast. Notice that light rain remains all the way back to the other side of Nashville.
The Storm Prediction Center is considering issuing a severe t-storm watch for this line, but that should have no effect on us here on the plateau, since the line has nearly cleared us now. You may see a watch, however, issued for areas east and south of us.
