Hurricane Dorian has now strengthened into a strong cat 3 storm, with winds now sustained at 125 mph. The biggest difference with this 7:00 pm update is that path has been shifted eastward a bit. It now looks like Dorian could hug the east Florida coastline as a powerful cat 3 or 4 hurricane. What a devastating scenario this would be. Let’s hope the path continues to shift east and gets the eyewall off the shoreline.
Need less to say, the storm sure looks healthy on satellite.
The next big update is at 10:00 p.m.
