I have no power but I have my phone to do this update. It appears the worst has made it through our area. Tornado watches have been cancelled for everyone to our west, with ours to be cancelled soon.
The storm that came over my house had been a long track supercell, producing several tornadoes along it’s track. I had straight-line winds and boy were they roaring…in a straight line. I think the updrafts of that storm collapsed on us here in Rinnie,vas the storm was finally weakening down. I’ll have more on that later. I’ve got several trees down and probably shingles missing. I thought the windows were going to break but they held. The hail was loud but I didn’t get a good look to see how big it was.
I’m anxious to see what else the wind did come the light of morning.
Showers and a few rumbles are still possible the rest of the night…or morning….whatever this is now (ha), .but Saturday is looking mostly sunny and very windy.
Please forgive the typos. My phone screen is busted from dropping it and it’s hard to type. Lol
