The Storm Predicition Center has decided to include Cumberland County in a new severe t-storm watch in effect until 6:00 pm. This watch includes Putnam County, as well.
This watch is in response to activity that has been pushing through here over the past couple of hours.
This watch does not include Fentress County and those of us north of Crossville are unlikely to see anything from this watch.
Areas south of Cumberland County have the greatest risk for a severe storm over the next several hours.
Be safe out on area roads, as many have lots of water across them from earlier rainfall.
