MM’s Friday 5-Day

Weather forecast issued Friday, June 30, 2023

Widespread severe weather is not expected today, but any storm that forms could reach severe limits.
Proud to offer severe weather support for City Fire, County EMA, and other local emergency services!

Local Weather Concerns

Our area is in the risk for severe storms through Sunday.

We’re in a pattern that features a risk for thunderstorm complexes in the Midwest to dive southeastward and bring us a risk for thunderstorms that could pose a damaging wind threat. Monitor the radar closely if you have outdoor plans and watch for storms in Kentucky that could move our way. This threat will be with us through Sunday.

Pictured below is the risk map for today. Similar maps will likely be drawn tomorrow and Sunday.
