The line is crossing the plateau and it’s rather uneventful, thank goodness! There are still some gusty winds out there, but they are below severe limits. The severe t-storm watch has been cancelled early.
The threat for a widespread damaging wind event was high today, but I’m thankful to report that the line weakened signficantly as it crossed Middle TN. That could have easily gone the wrong direction for us. Numerous wind damage reports have been filed around the Nashville area.
Whether we dodge a bullet or not, I thank you for trusting me to keep you updated! I’m always proud to be your local source of weather!
