Light Snow to Move In This Evening
Winter Weather Advisory for Tonight and Saturday Morning
The forecast remains on track, with no major changes anticipated.
Scattered flurries and even a few snow showers have been reported on the plateau this morning. That will continue the rest of the day. Later this evening, wintry precip will increase in coverage and intensity.
Radar shows an area of light snow that is moving into West TN at this hour. This area of precip will be one to watch as we get into the evening hours, especially after sunset. To be safe and sound, I would recommend being home and off the roads by dark. Major impacts are not expected, but some slick spots could develop on area roads, especially on bridges and overpasses tonight. The forecast is on track.
