A powerful area of low pressure off the coast of New Enland is bringing some rough weather to coastal areas of that region of the country. Unsettled weather in the central U.S. will bring showers and even a risk for flooding to Iowa. Some of that moisture in Texas has a tropical connection to storms in the eastern Pacific.
The season’s first Nor’easter is putting on a display on satellite this morning! It’s a bit early for these storm systems but here we are! ha The system will bring some rough weather to coastal New England for the next few days.
And Hurricane Nolo is going to stay just south enough of Hawaii to keep them from having the worst of its weather. What a close call this has been! At one point, the Big Island was expecting up to 35 inhes of rain. Now, we’re down to 10-15 inches. Yes, that’s still a problem but it’s not as bad as it could be!
