The cold front that passed through us today, bringing us beautiful weather, is expected to stall along the northern Gulf Coast this week. That could lead to some tropical development of some sorts. The National Hurricane Center has highlighted an area they’ll be watching in the coming days.
It’s certainly not a great chance, but something to keep in mind if anyone has travel plans in that direction this week. Regardless of development, the northern Gulf Coast is expecting lots of rainfall from this stalled out front as we go through the week.
