Looking at the latest guidance and radar trends, I’m feeling much better about the rest of the evening. It’s been an active afternoon, which many of you picking up rain and very gusty winds. Still, others of you are wondering where the rain was. Scattered showers and storms can create bizarre differences in weather from one neighborhood to the next. I was lucky enough to get several downpours today.

For the rest of the evening, we still can’t rule out a storm. There are still some showers on the plateau, so the atmosphere is still unstable.

As always, I’ll keep an eye on the radar and let you know if there’s anything you need to know about. I think we’ll be alright the rest of the evening, thanks to earlier showers and storms helping stabilize things.
